The Preserve at Perry Farm represents the vision of Vermont entrepreneur Tony Perry and his efforts to maintain a relationship between the homes and the land that surrounds them.  Hubbard Construction is in the process of building nine homes that balance this aesthetic relationship between neighbors, the land and its natural inhabitants.  That balance helps explain the uniqueness of both the character of the community and its sense of place.
